A professional with a holistic approach to mental wellness, integrating psychological, physiological and social aspects of an individual. She uses an eclectic approach taking from different approaches of therapy like CBT, DBT and narrative.

In one to one sessions, she aims to encourage and empower individuals to be authentic, in accepting of their narratives as well as transforming them, understanding and translating their emotions.

2. B.A (hons) Psychology from Kamla Nehru College, Delhi University (2017).
