A professional with a holistic approach to mental wellness, integrating psychological, physiological and social aspects of an individual. She uses an eclectic approach taking from different approaches of therapy like CBT, DBT and narrative.
In one to one sessions, she aims to encourage and empower individuals to be authentic, in accepting of their narratives as well as transforming them, understanding and translating their emotions.
EDUCATIONAL QUALFICATION
- Master’s in Psychology from Faculty of Arts, North Campus, Delhi University (2019)
- B.A (hons) Psychology from Kamla Nehru College, Delhi University (2017).
- Completed 12th (2014) and 10th (2012) from Army Public School , Dhaula Kuan under CBSE Board .

- Advanced Diploma in Child Guidance and Counseling (RCI approved)- Batch of 2020-2021 (National Institute of Public Cooperation and Child Development, Ministry of Women and Child Development)
- International Council of Career Coach (ICCC) Mindler course- Cohort February 2019
- Pursued a course in NLP and Life Coaching certified by ANLP (India) and ENLP (Europe) (March 2020).
